During our 60-minute sessions, guests alternate between hot (sauna) and cold exposure, with the option to cool down in our cold showers or take a plunge in the nearby ocean.

We recommend sitting on a towel while using the sauna, and you may want to bring a second towel for drying off at the end of your session.

Bookings are non-refundable, however you can reschedule your session with 24 hours' notice.

Children must be accompanied by at least one adult for every two children, and we kindly ask that groups remain calm and respectful during the session. In the event that the parent/guardian is unable to maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we may end the session early, and refunds will not be provided.
